CompuData Sponsors 2019 AWE Pitch Prize for Female Entrepreneurs
Philadelphia, PA – CompuData, a woman owned Business Technology Company focusing on Cloud Hosting, ERP Solutions, IT Security and Managed IT, announced today that they are supporting The Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) Pitch Prize for the third straight year .
“AWE is committed to being the premier organization for women entrepreneurs in the area, and The Pitch is an opportunity to provide a pipeline into the AWE Community for new women founders,” stated Angela Nadeau, CompuData CEO.
The AWE Pitch is distinct from other accelerator and incubator programs primarily because it uses the experience and knowledge of seasoned women entrepreneurs and targeted resources to help prepare women founders to give a winning pitch, secure funding, and grow their business.
There are two Pre-Pitch sessions on October 10, 2019, and October 15, 2019, where established CEOs share experience and guidance with new women founders pitching businesses. The Live Pitch on November 4, 2019, where eight finalists will present to a panel of funders and experts to win this year’s prize package. The Prize Package includes a $10,000 cash prize made possible by AWE female led business founders, a one-year AWE membership, an assigned AWE Founder Mentor, a one-hour legal consultation with Pepper Hamilton, and the opportunity to present at the Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures Forum.
